McKim Corporation was a Sub-Contractor to CalState Construction, INC. McKim Corporation performed all the Demolition, Grading, Mass Excavation, Sifting, Crushing, Structural Concrete, Site concrete, Asphalt Paving and Bio-Swale construction.

Brommer Street Reconstruction (38th through 41st )- Capitola, CA
|
McKim Corporation was contracted by the City of Capitola to perform a complete street reconstruction. This work included removing and replacing public sidewalk, Curb/Gutters and ramps. In addition, McKim had to perform a FDR on the roadway which included Milling the road, performing a cement treatment, and re-paving the roadway with 6'' of HMA.

New Railroad Ave Pavement Rehabilitation Project - City of Suisun City, CA

McKim Corporation was contracted by the City of Suisun City to perform a complete street Rehabilitation. This work included removing and replacing public sidewalk, Curb/Gutters and ramps. In addition, McKim had to perform a 2'' Grind and Pave on the roadway consisting of 1,200 Tons, which was completed in 1 day!

21/22 Road Rehabilitation Project - Hollister, CA

McKim Corporation was contracted by the City of Hollister to perform a complete street Rehabilitation. This work included removing and replacing public sidewalk, Curb/Gutters and ramps. In addition, McKim performed a 3.5'' Mill, 8'' Cement Treatment, followed by the re-paving of the roadway. This project consisted of 30 Concrete Ramps and 4,985 Tons of 1/2'' HMA !

FY25 City street rehabilitation - Gilroy, CA

McKim Corporation was contracted by the City of Gilroy to perform a complete street Rehabilitation. This work included removing and replacing public sidewalk, Curb/Gutters, ramps and Driveways . In addition, the project includes over 40,000 tons of HMA work including various milling and filling and dig outs.
